CAPRESE SALAD WITH CELERY AND TOASTED WALNUTS

Posted on Updated on

From ‘Bewitching Kitchen’!

I love this type of salad.  It’s almost anything goes.  Someone mentioned capers in the comments.  Sounds good.  As a vegetarian, I substitute capers for anchovies.  It would add something special!   CAPRESE SALAD WITH CELERY AND TOASTED WALNUTS.   Enjoy!   Marcey

I have to tell you, that when I ate meat, my husband had to hide the anchovies from me. LOL! I loved them. And tomatoes. Nothing like home grown!
