You can go out and buy some ice cream. Or if you really don’t want to go out, I pulled up some simple recipes for you! Homemade ice cream is so much better! Here goes!

My husband absolutely loves mint chocolate chip ice cream. This is a fast and easy recipe.   Now this recipe requires an ice cream maker. Have you ever used one of the old fashion ones? The ones that you have to put the ice cream tub in and then put layers of salt and ice around the tub. How messy! Thanks to technology today, it’s easier than ever to churn ice cream. We bought this Hamilton Beach ice cream maker. It’s cheap and you can make ice cream any time now!

Vanilla Bean Ice Cream Recipe

If you don’t want to go out and make an ice cream maker, here is a recipe that doesn’t need one. And it’s for vanilla! All you need are some bananas and chocolate syrup and you have a sundae!

Bourbon-Butter-Salted Pecan Ice Cream Recipe

And I have to give you this recipe for Bourbon Butter & Salted Pecan ice cream. I am from the south and we love our bourbon and pecans. I haven’t tried it yet, but I think I might actually do it this week! Yum!     And finally, from Popsugar, a recipe for our vegans. And it’s suppose to help you lose weight! LOL!
