I have decided that I need to eat a little less baked and fried. I have been so busy making deserts. Main course meals, that I am longing for something that is crunchy and has an exotic taste and smell. A dish that isn’t heavy.
I went surfing and found a new blog called veggiezest. She has recipes from all over the world. And looking through her blog, she has some great recipes. One is this Healthy Asian Salad. It has rice noodles which aren’t very heavy. Chock full of nuts. And the dressing has a chili pepper in it to give the salad a kick. I am ready dive in!
