Panzella is one of our favorite salads.  It’s a great way to use stale bread.  This recipe adds a delightful twist by using rye bread.  And there comes a point that we are overwhelmed by all the tomatoes from our garden.  Homegrown tomatoes make this a great treat!  Great recipe!
