This Week’s Muffin! Banana Nut

Posted on Updated on

Super Easy Banana Nut MuffinsHere is this week’s muffin.  Banana Nut!  I made if for friends who said that it was one of the best muffins they ever had.  The muffins are so moist and delicious.  And they have an incredible lightness to them that you don’t see in a lot of muffins.  I think it was due to all the bananas in it.  And this muffin is definitely not too sweet.  Jim doesn’t like a lot of sugar.  Someone also said that this reminded them of banana nut bread!  The best all worlds?

You can use 1/4 cup of egg beaters instead of a whole egg.  I baked my muffins at 350F.

I think that would be great. Especially around the Holidays. Thanks for the suggestion.
