Roasted Brussels Sprouts with garlic

This is a wonderful recipe!  I have made this and this is the only way my husband will eat brussel sprouts.  The roasting seems to caramelize them taking away the sulphorous taste.  I do add rosemary to the this.  It has become a treat in our family.

      I agree about garlic. The 19th century English use to call Italians garlic eaters in a not so nice way. They don’t know what they missed! We are so lucky these days. The variety of cuisines we can eat are wonderful.
