On a day that I was in the mist of search for gluten muffins, I saw this recipe for gluten free brownies. First off, I love all things chocolate. Secondly, how do you make great brownies gluten free? Black beans! Hmm.
It makes sense. I use legumes like chickpeas as a binder when I bake. Buckwheat flour and rice flour start off as hard kernels. Why the heck not beans? And they are a great protein source.
One thing though. Don’t tell anyone what you are doing! LOL!
