Do you believe in coincidences?   I just roasted a pumpkin and made pumpkin puree!  I did a blog post on the pumpkin puree yesterday!  I did it in response to a request and then finding out that there is a pumpkin shortage.  I made a lot of puree.  Some of it is in the freezer.  I have some pretty good recipes, but I asked what else can I do with the puree?  Someone actually sent this post to me!

 

This looks fabulous!  The vinaigrette looks fast and easy.  And my husband likes honey.  I love having something unique that has that wow factor.   What more can you ask for!

    Looks absolutely delicious. I also enjoy the health benefits of taking control over the ingredients we use preparing our own foods and meals that ultimately are consumed. Keep the recipes coming!
