This looks so scrumptious!  Indian is one of our favorite cuisines.  We are lucky that we live in an area that has so many Indian restaurants.  We have had this dish many times.  Now I can make it at home.


I love the kick of spice with the creamy taste of the paneer(tastes like cottage cheese).  If you are concerned with frying the paneer, try baking it at 350 degrees in your oven until brown.  This is something that works for me when want my food crispy, but not fried.   I am definitely trying this dish!
