Thai basil tofu

Darn it!  This looks so good and I want to eat it right now!  Unfortunately, I have to go to a pot luck and won’t be able to try this until tomorrow!  Another way use up my basil.   Great photo, by the way!   Thai basil tofu.

    Marcey, I have never tried “tofu”…yes, I know…but this really looks good! What does “tofu” actually “taste” like or similar too? With the fresh basil and tomatoes, I’m thinking maybe of diving in! blessings, d

      Denise, I absolutely hated tofu at one time. I didn’t like the texture and it had no taste. Since I became a veg head, I have learned to cook it. Tofu takes on the flavor of the sauces or food that you cook it with. You also have to press the liquid out of the tofu. That improves the texture.
